General Terms & Conditions

TICKET REFUNDS

Please note that The Salon Cinema tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made in the event of a performance being cancelled.

TICKET EXCHANGES

The Salon Cinema tickets are non-exchangeable.

BOOKING OPTIONS

Tickets can be booked in advance online or at the event. There is no additional charge for online booking.

PROGRAMME CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Programme listings may be subject to change. Please view our listings on our website for the most up-to-date information. In the event of screening cancellation, the customer will be promptly notified by email.

PERFORMANCE ENTRY

Entry for any given performance will be permitted up to 5 minutes after the advertised start time. Please note that TSSC performances are not preceded by adverts and trailers, starting promptly at the stated time. Ticketholders will not be admitted after the advertised time.

AUDIENCE ETIQUETTE

During film screenings, we request viewers refrain from talking or making noises that could distract others and also from using any form of light source. The use of e-cigarettes is not permitted.

SEATING

All seats are unreserved, unless otherwise stated.

FOOD RESTRICTIONS

Hot food is not permitted to be consumed during the events unless otherwise stated.

ALCOHOL POLICY

For licensing and health & safety purposes, we do not permit alcohol purchased outwith the venue to be consumed on the premises unless otherwise stated by the venue.

STORAGE

Please note that TSSC does not offer any storage facilities for personal or luggage items.
